Google Now Launcher was a massive hit when it debuted in the play store. According to one Reddit user, Google is now working on new UI. It will change the complete look and feel of Google Panel. There will be a new background structure for Google Now Cards(Pages). This new background design will be referred as Google Feeds.

Transparent Google Now Cards
These images are taken from Google App Version 7.3.25.21.arm64. Also, the Reddit user mentioned that these screenshots are taken from Pixel XL Non-rooted phone.
From these images, we can say that white background is replaced by dark transparent background. As the background is transparent, we can see the wallpaper clearly. Also, this wallpaper is said to be inbuilt in the new Google App.
