Steps For Flashing MIUI 8 Custom ROM On One Plus 3T:

• First thing is to take a complete backup of your internal storage. While flashing the custom ROM, if you make any mistake or if anything hits wrong then you can easily recover it back.
• Once you have taken the backup, download the zip files from the download section and switch off one plus 3t. When it is completely off, press the volume down key + power key for few seconds till you see TWRP logo on your phone. This will boot your phone into TWRP recovery mode.
• In TWRP recovery mode, tap on Wipe and wipe the data including internal storage to make the system ready for installation.
• Now click on install and navigate to the downloaded ROM zip file and select the zip file. After that, swipe the blue button at the bottom to flash the zip file.
• Go back and flash the other zip files in the same way. Flashing my take about 8 to 10 minutes. Once the flashing is done, tap on reboot system.
• This is the trickiest step of this method. When your android is booting up, it may ask you for the password, you need to reboot your android into TWRP again. Again wipe the data including the internal storage and reboot your android.
• Once the device is successfully booted, setup your device.
• You may notice that google apps are missing. This is because this ROM is ported from the Chinese version.
• Open the file manager and install the google app apk file and you are done. It will automatically download all the necessary google apps.
